Duties of the Office Manager:
- Organizing the correct accounting, timely registration and transfer of documents arriving at the University to the executors;
- Ensuring the correct formalization of documents leaving the University;
- Receiving documents coming to the Rector, recording them on a sheet and submitting them for notification;
- Sending documents for execution in accordance with the instructions of the Rector;
- Checking that documents sent with the signature of the Rector (vice-rector) are recorded and properly formalized;
- Keeping track of incoming letters, printing forms with the University's details;
- Binding executed documents into bundles;
- Formalizing documents completed in the process of processing for transfer to the archive.
Must know:
Know the organization of business, the procedure for listing and status of collection volumes, lists of permanent and temporary storage of collection volumes, the terms and procedure for transferring collection volumes to the archive, laws related to office activities, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Life Resolutions of the Ministry, orders, the essence of orders of the rector of the higher education institution, annual and long-term plans of the higher education institution.
Qualification requirements:
- Professional and organizational skills necessary for the management position of higher education institutions, leadership experience and seniority in the field of education, relevant knowledge and skills within the scope of the type of activity and powers;
- Possess exemplary personal qualities - intelligence, culture, resourcefulness, creative abilities, sociability, organizational skills, initiative and entrepreneurial abilities, a sense of responsibility, the ability to make independent decisions and work, decisive action, and the ability to ensure the achievement of the strategic goals of the institution;
- Must have a higher education.
