    Sa’dullayev Sanjar graduated from the Faculty of History of Samarkand State University in 2014, and from the master’s degree in 2016. 2015-2016 - Teacher of Samarkand City Secondary School No. 30. 2016-2021 - Teacher of Academic Lyceum No. 2 under Samarkand State University, 2021-2023 - Worked at the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. Since 2023, he has been a teacher of History at the Department of “Social and Humanitarian Sciences, Physical Culture and Sports” of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology. He has published 13 articles in OAK journals and international conferences. An electronic textbook on the latest history of Uzbekistan has been published. He has advanced training at the PKQTMOMM under SamSU.

Duties

 General management of all activities and staff of the Center;

• Liaising with universities, regional and central ministries of higher education, science and innovation, and central IRCs to constantly increase the IRC library fund;

• Control the implementation of all bibliographic work;

• Organize newspaper and magazine subscriptions for the IRC;

• Maintain contact with branch IRCs and other IRCs;

• Organize book fairs at the Information Resource Center;

• Develop long-term and current work plans;

• Organize the formation, organization and preservation of the IRC fund;

• Provide the IRC with the necessary equipment, modern equipment and technical means; improve computerization and Internet access;

• Provide the IRC with qualified staff, take measures to properly use the knowledge and experience of employees, and increase their responsibility for the assigned work;

• Selection and placement of employees, control of labor and production discipline;

• Responsible for the work of the Processing and Collection Department: participates in the development and verification of plans of publishing houses, is engaged in the collection of literature in the library collector and bookstores, establishes contacts with branch branches and mail-order stores to fully replenish the library (information resource center) funds, directly supervises the writing-off of literature in the library (information resource center) and the acceptance of other books in place of lost ones, checks accounting documents.
