Melkumova Irma was born on October 14, 1959 in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the city of Baku. In 1987, Irma Melkumova graduated from Samarkand State University, teacher of Russian language

Duties

- All department employees supervise the work;

- Providing practical assistance to existing divisions of the information resource center and industry divisions, organizing and coordinating their activities;

- Monitor compliance by department employees with production and labor discipline, labor protection rules, safety regulations, and legislation;

- Acceptance of new educational literature, dissertations and abstracts, transferring them to other departments;

- Registration of new educational literature and deregistration of unsuitable literature;

- Providing information to readers about library services;

 - Promotion of literature and the types of information services provided in the library collection;

 - Improving the level of bibliographic processes and student services;

- Improving the culture of service, helping teachers in selecting the necessary works and documents, using cards and catalogs, organizing book exhibitions, conducting bibliographic reviews, holding department days and other work;

- Systematic control over the timely return of books and other documents issued to teachers to the library.
