Born on 01.11.1963 in Samarkand city, Samarkand region.
In 1991, graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Culture (correspondence) in the field of Library Science and Bibliography.
Head of the Scientific-Methodological and Information Bibliographical Work (Periodicals) Department:
Lead the work of all staff in the department;
Provide information about the department's services to library users;
Promote the department's collection and the types of information services provided;
Improve the culture of service, assist library users in selecting necessary materials and documents, give advice on using catalogues and card indexes, organize book exhibitions, and conduct bibliographic reviews;
Attract, collect, and ensure the availability of electronic information resources related to scientific, technical, and other fields for the ARM, and provide them to library users;
Study the status of services provided by the Information Resource Center in the region, participate in developing a unified work plan for library services within the ARM, and oversee its implementation;
Organize and coordinate activities to provide practical assistance to the existing departments of the Information Resource Center and its network divisions;
Coordinate methodological work with other systems and organizational Information Resource Centers, and develop a unified methodological plan of work for the ARM;
Identify innovative library practices and provide practical assistance and consultations to young specialists;
Plan and organize scientific and practical seminars, conferences, and training workshops on the basics of library and information work;
Develop a plan for organizing the competition for the Best Librarian of the Information Resource Center;
Organize contests, debates, round tables, internships, and business games;
Conduct training on shaping the information culture of individuals;
Introduce new technical tools for searching, processing, and presenting information;
Provide methodological and practical assistance in automating the recording, processing, and systematizing of information using library and bibliographic tools;
Improve service methods, ensure the accessibility of library services and products to everyone;
Supervise the adherence of department staff to work discipline, labor protection, safety regulations, and fire protection laws and guidelines.
