Sanobar Ullieva graduated from Samarkand State University in 2011.

According to the results of scientific research, 65 scientific articles, 2 textbooks, 5 methodological manuals have been published.

Continuing the tradition of a mentor-student, in order to attract young people to scientific research under the scientific guidance of S. Ullieva, students took part in several international research competitions and took honorary I-th places.

Duties

• Ensuring the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", decrees, orders, resolutions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Board, orders, instructions, modems and telephone messages of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as orders of the Rector;

• Ensuring the study of trends in the education system of developed countries, the development and implementation of modern methods and new pedagogical technologies in the implementation of the tasks specified in the Law “On Education”, “National Training Program” and other educational laws, resolutions and decrees of the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• Careful attitude and rational use of the institution's property;

• Participation in the discussion and resolution of issues related to the activities of the department throughout the university;

• Approval of the department's work plan, individual work plans of the teaching staff and staff, and other documents based on instructions within the framework of the department's activities;

• Distribution of teaching loads of the teaching staff of the department, and control over their timely and high-quality execution;

• Making proposals to the university management in accordance with the established procedure on ensuring the recruitment of teaching staff on a competitive basis, their material and moral incentives, as well as on the application of disciplinary penalties;

• Require the relevant service departments of the university to provide the necessary conditions for conducting the educational and research process at the proper level;

• Preparation of the department's report on activities for the academic year in accordance with the established procedure and on time, reporting at meetings of the Academic Council of the Faculty and the University Council

• Conducting R&D in accordance with the approved plan, ensuring the integration of completed R&D with education, science and production;

• Consideration of individual plans of teachers of the department for educational, scientific and methodological, research, spiritual and educational and organizational and methodological work organization of work aimed at studying, generalizing, popularizing the best practices of experienced teachers; organization of work aimed at studying, generalizing and disseminating best practices of experienced teachers

• Introduction of modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies into the educational process, assistance to young teachers engaged in pedagogical activities in acquiring pedagogical skills and abilities, in the effective use of modern teaching methods, in creating an information base, establishing effective use of modern educational and technical means, methods of individual training and independent learning, conducting training in special classrooms equipped with modern computer technology. making proposals on the organization and implementation of work on the development of elements of distance learning;

• Monitoring the organization of clubs on various topics, directions and specialties, types of classes, taking into account the interests of students, carrying out activities aimed at productive and useful work of students in their free time;

• Provision of constant monitoring and updating of the Information Resource Center of the University with new educational, scientific, technical and periodical literature in the areas and specialties of the department

• Conducting at a high theoretical, scientific, methodological and professional level the established types of education in subjects in curricula developed in accordance with state educational standards of higher education, ensuring the quality of education;

• Implementation of rating control of students' knowledge, carrying out activities for the organization of extracurricular work of students;

• Training of highly qualified competitive personnel who meet high moral and ethical requirements at the level of developed democracies;

• Development and submission for approval in accordance with the established procedure of curricula in the disciplines of the department, as well as preparation of reviews and conclusions on curricula prepared by related departments;

• Preparation of textbooks, educational, methodical and visual aids, preparation of summaries of the republished textbook, educational and methodical literature, including literature created in collaboration with foreign scientists;

• Selection and education of gifted students, preparation for participation in Olympiads and competitions, including the Talent Foundation competition and state grants, taking measures to improve the forms and methods of independent work of students;

• Systematic organization of scientific and creative activities of students, identification of gifted students and their involvement in scientific research, training in the performance of research works individually and collectively, creation of the necessary organizational, methodological and logistical conditions for the implementation of their scientific and creative activities;

• Exercise of other duties and rights established by labor legislation;

• The head of the department conducts events with the participation of embassies, foreign organizations and representatives of foreign countries through higher-level organizations in accordance with the procedure established by these organizations, by decision of the Council on International Relations or, as an exception, on the basis of the rector's order.

• Take part in the university's public works and perform public tasks, as well as ensure the active participation of the department's staff in these tasks.
