Biography
Work experience is 14 years. He graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute, majoring in accounting. He has been working in this position since September 2022.
U.Eshmuradov completed qualification improvement at prestigious universities at Alexander Ioan Cuza University (Romania), University of Pisa (Italy), University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf (Germany). Since 2014, he has been working as a member of the working group in the international projects SILKROUTE of the Erasmus Mundus program of the European Union, AgroDev, ACADEMICA of the Erasmus+ program. Makes a great contribution to the work on increasing the reputation of the university at the international level, modernizing the modern curriculum and training programs, European partners has been contributing to the organization of joint seminars, master class lessons and training of university professors and students on improved educational courses.
U.Eshmuradov is the author of more than 30 scientific and methodological works. In particular, he published 2 training manuals, 3 methodical, 2 methodical instructions and published articles in international and local magazines and conferences.
Department: history and present
In different years, the department has been headed by doctors of economics, professors M. Khusanov, N. Sanayev, A. Ismoilov, O. Murtazayev, Q. Mirzayev, A. Alikulov, professors T. Khayitov, T. Kudratov, D. Holbayev, D. Rakhmonov, I. Salamov, M. Kholmurzayev, B. Nasriyev, I. Ganiyev, G'. Sanayev were the leaders. Currently, the department is managed by U.T. Eshmuradov.
Currently, 24 professors are working in the department. Among them there are 2 doctors of science, professor, 1 doctor of science, associate professor, 4 candidates of science, 3 doctors of philosophy (PhD) in economic sciences, 5 senior teachers and 10 assistants.
During the activity of the department a lot of manuals have been published such as "Accounting", "Control and audit", "Audit", "Agricultural economy", "Organization of production in agriculture", "Accounting in farms" for students of higher educational institutions ", "Statistics", "Agricultural statistics", "Analysis of the activity of agricultural enterprises", "Economic analysis", "Cost calculation (in Russian)", "Analysis of the economic activity of cotton ginning enterprises", " Textbooks and training manuals such as "Environmental Economics", "Applied Management Accounting", "Financial Analysis".
In the past 5 years, the members of the department published 5 monographs, 13 in recognized journals of foreign countries, 42 scientific articles in local journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, many articles were published in collections of international and republican scientific-practical conferences.
The “Young Economist” and “Young Accountant” science clubs are operating in the department under the “Master-Apprentice” system. Shahlo Abdomitova, a student of group 202 took the 2nd place in the Republican Science Olympiad which was held in January 2022 on "International Standards of Financial Reporting".
The department has established relations with leading economic and agricultural higher educational institutions of our republic, included in the "TOP-1000" of foreign countries, including a cooperation agreement with Kazan Federal University of the Russian Federation. Mainly, it is planned to give lectures and practical lessons on the subject of "Accounting and Auditing" by professors and teachers of this university. In addition, it is planned to jointly write textbooks, training manuals, methodological support of the subject, methodological manuals, and scientific articles.
