On May 16, 2024, we invite you to the republican scientific and practical conference “Modern approaches to the effective use, conservation and sustainability of biological resources” at the Faculty of Biotechnology of Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology. The scientific and practical conference is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Iskandar Khamdamov.

At the conference it is planned to organize branches in the following areas:

• Priority areas of modern biological research in Uzbekistan.

• Use the achievements of modern biotechnology in the development of resource-efficient technologies for growing crops to ensure food security in the region.

• Socio-economic aspects of preserving the gene pool of plants and animals and ensuring environmental stability in the regions. Green economy.

• Modern pedagogical innovative technologies for teaching biology, ecology and agricultural sciences.

The text of the topics presented at the conference will be published as an article in a scientific collection. Articles are accepted in Uzbek and Russian languages.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLES

The text of the article is edited and the names of the relevant branches are indicated on an A4 sheet, with 1 space between the lines, leaving 2.5 cm at the top and bottom, 3 cm at the left, 1.5 cm at the right, and issued in 2 copies.

The title of the article is written in capital letters, the second line remains blank, and the next line begins with the author’s first and last name and place of work. One empty line is left, and the text of the article is written from the next line (at the end of the article you must indicate the necessary information to contact the author).

The text of the article is not numbered, and its electronic copy must be up to 5 pages in the Word editor in Times New Roman font size 14.

An electronic copy of the article must be sent by telegram or email to the specified address. The file name must be written in Latin letters indicating the author's last name, for example: Abdullaev E N.doc.

Articles that do not meet the conference topic and publication requirements are not published and are not returned to the authors.

The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information presented in the text of the article.

Articles can be obtained for free.

The deadline for submitting papers to the conference is May 1, 2024; papers submitted after this deadline will not be included in the program.
