A MEETING OF OFFICIALS OF THE SAMARKAND REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION, REGIONAL AND DISTRICT OFFICIALS AND ENTREPRENEURS WITH THE TEAM OF THE SAMARKAND STATE VETERINARY MEDICINE, LIVESTOCK AND BIOTECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY WAS HELD
At the next meeting of the Public Advisory Council of Entrepreneurs under the regional administration, in order to establish the principle of "Network - Enterprise - University" at the initiative of the governor of Samarkand region, the deputy governor of the region assistant for development issues N.Ibragimov, heads of large enterprises and entrepreneurs in the region first got acquainted with the scientific and innovative potential of the university, the opportunities available at the university and the state of projects being implemented.
During the event, the guests were informed about the "Mega project" aimed at establishing a business incubator for the intensive training of scientific personnel for the development of the field of veterinary, biotechnology and animal husbandry in Uzbekistan, which was established at the initiative of the university rector, professor Kh.B. Yunusov the general content was introduced.responsible executives informed about the scientific researches and achievements in the field of poultry, goat breeding, rabbit breeding, sheep breeding, cattle breeding, fisheries and beekeeping within the framework of the "Mega Project". Visiting the established veterinary clinic and veterinary surgery practice left a great impression on the guests.
also, the participants of the event got acquainted with educational laboratories established in the university within the framework of World Bank, Islamic Development Bank funds and international projects, and got information about their role in business activities.
after that, in the Palace of Culture in the main building of the university, the presentation of the scientific developments of the university pedagogical staff and ways of their implementation, as well as the directions of cooperation of the university scientific and pedagogical staff with business entities in the region were discussed.
at the beginning of the discussion, the rector of the university, professor Kh.Yunusov briefly touched on the current life of the university, its scientific and innovative potential, the opportunities available at the university and the projects being implemented, and the development of local industry by the regional governorassistant for issues N.Ibragimov touched on the essence of the current meeting and drew attention to the issues that should be done according to the principle of "Network - Enterprise - University".
