Dmitry Morozov, an international expert of the United Nations World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), visited the Samarkand State Veterinary Office today, according to the program of the visit of the Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Development Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its system organizations visited the University of Medicine, livestock and Biotechnology.The purpose of the visit is to evaluate the system of improving the qualifications of veterinary specialists in Uzbekistan and to evaluate the possibilities of introducing the training system of paraveterinarians.
At the meeting held by the international expert Dmitry Morozov in the conference hall of the University with the participation of professors, masters and students, information was given about invasive and infectious diseases in animals, and there were questions and answers.
In addition, during the visit, the international expert talked with the employees of veterinary and animal husbandry organizations about issues related to the field.
during the interview, they exchanged
information on the activities of veterinary laboratories, the knowledge of
specialists, their systematic training courses, as well as the activities of
veterinary departments. They talked about the problems that plague veterinary
specialists.the guests got acquainted with the existing educational and
scientific laboratories of the university, the vivarium, an incubator for the
training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, which was established within
the framework of the Mega project launched at the university, and examined the
work being carried outgave his recommendations.
