The president of the German "Weihenstephan Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences", which has been cooperating with the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnologies for many years, Dr.  A delegation headed by Eric Veulliet visited.

The guests were warmly welcomed by the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov and vice-rector for international cooperation O. Achilov.  At the meeting, it was agreed on the issues of further cooperation, as well as ways of their implementation.

It was noted that this cooperation consists of cooperation within the framework of a number of important topics, such as the exchange program of students and professors, veterinary medicine, food safety, and agriculture.

The meeting was led by the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, and was attended by professors and teachers, heads of departments and relevant specialists.  Opinions were expressed on issues such as participation, training of specialists in the field of agriculture.

In addition, a memorandum of bilateral cooperation was signed and souvenirs were handed over to the guests.
