In connection with the beginning of the new academic year, a meeting was held for vice-rectors, heads of departments and heads of departments at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, livestock and Biotechnology. The opinions of university rector, professor Khudaynazar Yunusov and other responsible officials were heard.
Future plans were discussed at the meeting, and the head of the university expressed his thoughts and opinions on preparing for the new academic year and organizing the process without defects and problems.
According to the speakers, the University finished the last academic year with good results, but it was agreed to avoid some mistakes made during the activity in the current academic year and to eliminate the existing problems within the framework of the law.
In particular, good suggestions and recommendations regarding educational processes, newly established directions, scientific works, deficiencies in doctoral studies and scientific articles, organization of spiritual and educational events and meaningful spending of free time of students were revealed.
Issues related to university branches, technical school and academic lyceum were also discussed at the meeting. In order to provide practical assistance to them at the beginning of the new academic year, some university professors and heads of departments were assigned to be in charge of the branch, technical school and academic lyceum.
 Today a new academic year has started in all higher education institutions in our country.
