University students will study in Turkey on the basis of grants and practice will be established

Rector of the university, Professor Hudaynazar Yunusov, received a delegation of Turkish veterinary and animal husbandry experts led by Mehmet Kaya, head of the board of Kayalar Group of Turkey. 



 

A roundtable discussion was held at the university on the topic "Issues of development of livestock breeding and breeding between the Republics of Uzbekistan and Turkey, construction of modern livestock complexes and effective use of resource-efficient technologies", where the mechanism of implementation of prospective projects in the field of livestock breeding was discussed.



 

In particular, the proposal to help Turkish experts export meat and dairy cattle to Uzbekistan, to launch pilot projects based on the introduction of Turkey's experience in collecting milk from farms and households, was approved. 

 

Also, university students, researchers and professors agreed to train at BURDUR MEHMET AKIF ERSOY UNIVERSITY, Turkey, based on the company's grant funds, and to establish student internships at company-owned enterprises. 



 

The issues of cooperation in the establishment of breeding centers in our country, the establishment of quarantine areas for livestock in the border areas, and the supply of chemical preparations necessary for the production of high-yielding livestock feed were also discussed. 



 

Mehmet Kaya, head of the board of the Kayalar group company, was awarded the title of "Honorary Professor" of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology.
