"COURAGE IS THE PRIDE AND PRIDE OF THE NATION"
A spiritual and educational event dedicated to May 9 - the Day of Memory and Appreciation - was organized at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology under the slogan "Courage is the pride and honor of the nation."
Samarqand davlat veterinariya meditsinasi, chorvachilik va biotexnologiyalar universitetida 9-may – Xotira va qadrlash kuniga bagʻishlangan “Jasorat – millat gʻururi va iftixori” shiori ostida maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy tadbir tashkil etildi.
First, the guest of honor and professors invited to the event visited the university's history museum. During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the conditions and opportunities created for the younger generation at the university, as well as learned about the unique creativity and exemplary lives of those who worked at this institution and contributed their lives to the development of science.
After that, the event continued in the university's "Activists' Hall", where the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, congratulated the veterans on the holiday, emphasizing that this date, called the Day of Memory and Appreciation, has become a national holiday and a true tradition in our country, and that the concepts of memory and appreciation correspond to our true national values, and are both religious and human traditions inherited from our ancestors.
The songs performed by the creative youth of the university added an even more upbeat spirit to the event
The festive event continued over a cup of tea, and the participants talked about the exemplary life paths of the veterans who have worked in this institution for many years, made a worthy contribution to the development of the industry, and are now walking the path of old age, and the steadfast services they rendered in their time. During the conversations and dialogues, it was repeatedly emphasized that great attention is paid to the human factor in our country, that at the initiative of the head of our state, care and kindness are shown to every member of our society, and that human dignity and the opportunity to realize their dreams have become a priority task.
