Practice processes were organized under the leadership of professor Yunusov, rector of SamDVMChBU, in one of the enterprises producing and processing milk products "Pure Milki Work" in the holding of companies of the " Siyob" group, which is one of the largest companies in Uzbekistan.
"Siyob - Shavkat - Orzu" LLC (founded in 1999), which has been in operation for 24 years, is currently a multidisciplinary company, where agricultural products, meat and milk are processed and sold as finished products.
According to statistics, he united 24 mini-companies on the same day (each engaged in a separate type of activity). 8000 employees work.
If we take the direction of milk, 150 tons of natural milk will be processed in one day, and 84 types of finished products will be produced from it. At the same time, food products are exported to the countries of Central Asia. Sales departments have been established in all regions of Uzbekistan.
The dean of the Faculty of Zooengineering O.S. Boymatov, the head of the department "Animal Genetics, Selection, Breeding and Breeding" J.N.
