The delegation consisting of the heads of the federal scientific research center for application (study) of the Arctic under the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences named after academician N.P. Laverov was received by the rector of the university, Professor Yunusov.  This center, which implements biological and genetic diversity, environmental and social problems in the Arctic region of the Russian Federation, is located in the city of Arkhangelsk and has been operating since 2001.
According to the information, the center is a branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Federal State Budget Institute of Natural Adaptation Physiology of the Ural Department, the Federal State Budget Scientific Institution "Arkhangelsk Agricultural Research Institute" and the Federal State Budget Scientific Institution "Naryan-Mar Agricultural Experiment Station"  and the Federal Research Center for Comprehensive Arctic Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences was renamed as a Federal State Budget Scientific Institution.
The main goal of the center is to create a complex fundamental, research and applied scientific and technical basis aimed at ensuring the interests of the state, the proportionality of socio-economic development and improving the quality of life of the population, preserving the natural environment, protecting the environment, and ensuring the stability of socio-economic development.  is to carry out research.
The members of this delegation noted that they are visiting our country in order to discuss and implement practical cooperation projects and programs with SamDVMChBU, as well as popularize best practices.
The rector of SamDVMChBU, professor Yunusov, expressed gratitude for this offer, acknowledged that he is ready for cooperation, that the partners of the higher educational institution in Russia have increased by one more, and information was given about the current potential of the university.
During the visit, the guests communicated with the professors and teachers and students and young people.  Information was received about the potential of the educational institution, existing educational and scientific laboratories, professors, and the ongoing scientific research.
International protocol - memorandum was signed between the institutions.
 The document was signed by the director of the center I.N. Bolotov and the rector of the University Kh.B. Yunusov.
 Now scientific and practical cooperation relations will be established with the center on education, training practice, internship of students and professors and other areas.
