Rector of Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov and Professor Kurban Norboevlar of the Department of "Internal Non-infectious Diseases" went to the consulate office of the Republic of Turkey in Samarkand and expressed their condolences to the condolence book established here. The rector expressed his condolences to Consul General Salih Janer and said that Samarkand intellectuals, representatives of science and technology accepted the tragedy that befell our dear Turkish friends with deep sorrow. At the same time, it was noted that charity actions are being held at the university to help the people of Turkey, and all students - young people and professors - teachers are actively participating in it.
Salih Janer expressed his gratitude and noted that the people of Uzbekistan are wholeheartedly supporting them in today's trying days in Turkey. The President and the government of Uzbekistan expressed their appreciation for the attention of the people of Samarkand region to the Turkish people in connection with the earthquake in Turkey.
