On October 24, 2023, at Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, livestock and biotechnologies, a preventive event titled "Women's crime and criminality is a foreign evil to our national mentality" was held.

At the event, the inspector of the Department of Women and Girls' Issues of the Samarkand region, captain Sattarova Nilufar Nazarovna, the university prevention inspector captain Nayimov Bekzod Rizamatovich, the inspector of the  of Samarkand, senior lieutenant Bobosharipova Shakhnozalar and the adviser of rector on women's issues Sayfiddinova Jamila Badriddinovna gave lectures to university students, during the event, it was reported that student-girl crime, its negative consequences, preventive measures aimed at preventing the commission of crimes are being carried out recently, when women are subjected to harassment and violence, they are issued a "Protection Warrant" by the Internal Affairs authorities, and women. A wide range of information was provided about how girls are being protected from oppression and violence.

At the same time, during the event, students were given a social video and meaningful answers were given to the students' questions.
