In order to bring to the youth changes and additions to the Constitution of our country, an event was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology under the slogan "Referendum - 2023. Vote for your future!"
The event of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, organized jointly with the Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan, was attended by teachers and students of the university.
At the meeting on the current issue of the agenda, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan Abdushukur Khamzaev and others made a report.
The speakers dwelled in detail on Article 51 of the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including amendments to the paragraph: “Citizens have the right to receive higher education at the expense of the state on the basis of selection in state educational institutions”, which will serve to educate mature specialists who know their business capable of making a worthy contribution to the prosperity of the new Uzbekistan, it was also emphasized that students and young people not only seriously study the content of the draft Constitutional Law, but everywhere call on their peers to actively participate in the referendum to be held on April 30.
