Personal Information

• Ravshan Davlatov graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1989. In 1993, he earned the Candidate of Veterinary Sciences degree in the specialty 03.00.06 – "Zoology" (Veterinary Sciences). In 2008, he obtained the Doctor of Veterinary Sciences degree in the specialties 03.00.06 – "Zoology" (Veterinary Sciences) and 16.00.03 – Veterinary Microbiology, Virology, Epizootology, Mycology, Mycotoxicology, and Immunology.
• He has been awarded the medals "25 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2016), "30 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2021), the honorary title "Devoted Veterinarian of Uzbekistan" (2023), and the title "Best Veterinary Teacher of the Year" (2017).
• Duties and Responsibilities

• Organizing the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees and orders, as well as resolutions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers regarding education and personnel training.
• Executing the tasks outlined in the Presidential Decree No. PQ-2909 of April 20, 2017, on the further development of the higher education system, enhancing the qualifications of faculty members, adopting advanced foreign practices, and integrating them into the educational process.
• Organizing the educational process at the faculty based on state educational standards and ensuring the preparation of qualified specialists.
• Ensuring that all deans, department heads, and teaching staff are fully aware of the content of education and qualification requirements set by the state educational standards.
• Implementing and overseeing compliance with the regulatory documents and directives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of Uzbekistan, as well as university council resolutions and rector’s orders concerning educational activities.
• Analyzing trends in the development of higher education institutions worldwide and developing methodological recommendations for implementing the objectives set in the Law on Education, the National Program for Personnel Training, and other regulatory documents.
• Organizing proposals and activities related to educational processes at the faculty level.
• Establishing continuous collaboration with other higher education institutions on spiritual and educational matters, encouraging faculty participation in conferences and seminars, and working closely with local government authorities.
• Organizing seminars and discussion forums based on international project analyses for faculty members, staff, and students.
• Preparing proposals for establishing new departments and faculties in collaboration with foreign higher education institutions to align specialist training with international standards.
• Ensuring the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel through master's programs and postgraduate education and assisting in obtaining scientific titles and opening specialized academic councils.
• Coordinating the preparation of textbooks, educational materials, and methodological guides related to the faculty’s educational disciplines.
• Organizing and conducting scientific and methodological conferences, interdepartmental meetings, and faculty seminars on relevant topics, including scientific and technical developments and socio-economic progress.
• Performing duties with integrity and professionalism.
