Personal data

Hakim Bakoevich Niyazov graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1984. In 1990, he received the degree of Candidate of Veterinary Sciences in specialty 16.00.04- “Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology". In 2017, 16.00.02 - “16.00.02 – Pathology, oncology and morphology of animals. He received a Doctor of Veterinary Sciences degree in Veterinary Obstetrics and biotechnology of animal reproduction.  In 2023, he received the academic title of professor in the specialty 16.00.01 - ”16.00.01 -Diagnostics, therapy and surgery of animal diseases”. Over the past 5 years, he has also expanded his knowledge and experience at prestigious universities in countries such as Cyprus, Estonia, Portugal, Russia and Turkey. In 2024, he was awarded the badge “Excellent Student of Higher Education”. Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Duties

• Ensuring the training of qualified specialists at the faculty, direct management of educational, methodological, scientific, spiritual and educational work, ensuring the implementation of state educational standards, curricula, curricula;

• Organization and control over the implementation of training schedules, control of student learning and attendance, rating control, disciplinary control

• Preparation of a draft order for the transfer of students from one course to another.

• Preparation of a presentation on the provision of scholarships to students:

• Organization of students' defense of final qualification papers and participation in state certification;

• Search, identify and organize individual, targeted activities to work with gifted students, prepare them for participation in Olympiads in subjects, competitions of various foundations (including foreign ones) ,

• Coordination of work on the training of research interns, professional development of the teaching staff;

• Coordination and management of the preparation of textbooks, teaching aids related to the areas of education within the faculty,

• Ensuring the widespread introduction of new information technologies into the educational process, mastering new information technologies by the teaching staff;

• Management of the activities of the Faculty Council;

• Scientific and methodological conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, with the participation of faculty members and students on relevant topics (including innovation and scientific and technological development in their field, economic and social development of the country, etc.) organization and holding of seminars, dialogues (discussions);

• Together with the marketing service of a higher educational institution, to study the existing and future needs for specialties being prepared at the faculty, establish contacts between specialists and the applicant organization, enterprise, institutions, streamline graduate employment opportunities (targeted contracts), and provide practical recommendations;

• Related higher and secondary specialized educational institutions and scientific institutions. This includes establishing cooperation with developed foreign countries.,

• Organization of independent provision of additional educational services throughout the faculty (separate "center", "course", etc.) with its own account.), grants, investments, ensuring the active participation of the faculty and students of the faculty in this;

• Organization of educational work in dormitories.
