Personal Information
Sattorov Jamshid graduated from Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 2015. In 2017, he completed his master's degree in the specialty "Parasitic and Infectious Diseases of Animals." Since 2022, he has been working as an assistant at the Department of Diseases of Birds, Fish, Bees, and Fur-Bearing Animals at Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock, and Biotechnology.
Based on the results of his scientific research, he has published about 30 scientific articles, 1 educational-methodological manual, and 2 recommendations. At the university, he serves as a junior researcher on an innovative project titled "Creation of environmentally friendly local probiotics for the prevention and treatment of diseases in birds and rabbits," approved by the Agency for Innovative Development (project number PZ-2020123121), and conducts scientific work on this topic.
Currently, as part of the reforms being carried out in our republic, he is actively involved in developing the scientific and innovative activities of the department and faculty, engaging students in research, improving the effectiveness of scientific circles, and expanding the scope of projects at the national and university levels, as well as abroad, including a visit to the Republic of Latvia.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct laboratory, practical, and other types of classes at a high theoretical, methodological, scientific-methodical, and professional level, as outlined in the curricula developed in accordance with state educational standards of higher education for all forms of education (full-time and part-time).
• Supervise professional practice, coursework projects (assignments), and students' independent work.
• Conduct rating-based assessments of students' knowledge.
• Organize activities for students outside the classroom.
• Train highly qualified specialists who meet the high spiritual and moral standards of developed democratic countries.
• Prepare textbooks, educational, methodological, and demonstration materials, as well as reissue textbooks, educational materials, and teaching aids, including international ones, as assigned by the university rectorate, and provide evaluations of works co-authored with scholars.
• Participate in the preparation of necessary educational and methodological materials as requested by non-governmental educational institutions.
• Work with talented students, prepare them for participation in Olympiads and competitions, including competitions by the Istе'dod Foundation; improve the forms and methods of students' independent preparation, and take measures to increase the volume of independent preparation by optimizing classroom activities.
• Conduct scientific research in accordance with the approved plan, discuss completed scientific research, implement their results in practice, and recommend completed scientific works for publication.
• Ensure effective integration of education, science, and production; supervise students' scientific research activities.
• Study, summarize, and disseminate the experience of skilled educators; implement new pedagogical technologies.
• Assist teachers beginning their pedagogical careers in acquiring teaching skills; create an information base, and utilize modern educational technologies and individualized learning tools during the educational process.
Must Know:
• Laws related to pedagogical activities, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, resolutions, and orders of the Ministry Board, and orders of the university rector.
• Knowledge of the department's annual and long-term plans.

• Possess professional and organizational skills required for teaching, experience, and tenure in the education field, as well as relevant knowledge and skills within their field and competence.
• Hold a higher education degree.
