Bakhtiyor Khushvaktovich Azizkulov was born on July 10, 1974 in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region, Uzbek. In 1991, he graduated from secondary school No. 67 in the Urgut district. 1993-1999 - Student at the Faculty of Agroeconomics and Management of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers (TIIMSH).   

In 2000, he graduated from TIIKMMI. In 2000-2001, he worked as a technician at the Information Technology Department, 2001-2005 - Assistant and Deputy Dean of the Department of Economics, 2005-2009 - Senior lecturer at the Department of Economics.

2009-2015 Senior lecturer at the Department of Marketing, Standardization and Product Certification of Tashkent State Agrarian University (TASHGAU). In 2016-2019, he was a doctoral student at the Basic Research Institute of Agricultural Economics (NIIT) at Tashgau, as well as an executor of programs of international organizations (interactive 2016, ICARDA 2017, PROON 2018, FGOS 2019).

B.On September 13, 2019, Azizkulov defended his PhD thesis in economics at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, specialty 08.00.04-Agricultural economics. On October 31, 2019, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics for this dissertation (diploma No. 01No.002092).

In 2020-2022, he worked as an acting associate professor at the Department of Management and Digital Economics at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service. In 2022-2025, he worked as the head of the Department of Business Management and Natural Sciences of the Urgut branch of Sharof Rashidov Samarkand State University.

         B.X.Azizkulov has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Economics and Management of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotech-nology since September 2025. At the same time, he conducts scientific work on the topic “Improving the methodology of economic analysis and increasing the investment activity of agrocluster enterprises” to obtain the degree of Doctor of Economics (Ds) in the specialties: 08.00.07-Finance, money circulation and credit, 08.00.08-Accounting, economic analysis and audit.
