• Obruev G.B. graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 2002. On June 1, 2023, he received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in agricultural sciences in the specialty "Crop production". Over the past 10 years, he has also improved his knowledge and experience at prestigious universities in countries such as Japan and Korea.

Job responsibilities
