Job Responsibilities:
Organizes meetings with university faculty, students, and legal or physical entities to identify systemic issues they face, determines areas at high risk for corruption, and analyzes the causes and conditions leading to corruption-related offenses.
Participates in anti-corruption studies, inspections, and analyses, engaging specialists in developing recommendations.
Develops educational and methodological anti-corruption materials, including audio-video clips, photos, booklets, and brochures.
Conducts sociological, scientific, and other surveys to assess the state of corruption at the university, its trends, causes, and the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures.
Coordinates the department’s activities in the absence of the department head.
Performs other functional duties within the scope of his authority in accordance with legislative acts.
Monitors conflicts of interest among university staff and provides relevant recommendations.
Regularly organizes preventive discussions among university professors, administrative staff, technical and service personnel, and educational support staff.
Conducts surveys among faculty, management, technical and service personnel, students (including master’s, doctoral students, and independent researchers), and the public to identify corruption-related issues within the university.
Evaluates the impact of anti-corruption awareness initiatives through surveys, social research, and other studies, using the results to refine future measures.
Organizes conferences, meetings, seminars, and competitions among professors, students, and young researchers to promote anti-corruption efforts.
Ensures regular updates to the “Anti-Corruption” section on the university’s official website.
Provides guidance and recommendations on anti-corruption issues to university staff, analyzes the effectiveness of special communication channels for reporting corruption incidents, and shares analytical findings with university employees.
Collaborates with responsible anti-corruption structures within the university to organize activities aimed at preventing corruption and improving staff legal literacy through conferences, discussions, training sessions, competitions, and other events.
