Job responsibilities
• Assist the office manager in organizing the work of office employees and directly supervising them;
• Coordinate the activities of the database department sectors (back office);
• Maintain statistical data on students and monitor the correctness of their entry into the GEMIS information system;
• Coordinate the process of maintaining and storing student documents:
• Ensure the use and implementation of the educational platforms HEMIS, LMS and the unified interdepartmental electronic document management system ijro.gov.uz;
• Assess the state of work carried out in the office, as well as the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions through the system;
• Systematic control over the timely implementation of the final control schedule approved by the vice-rector (deputy director of the branch) for the educational process on the e-learning platform based on the schedule;
• generalization and analysis of student movement (transfer, academic leave and return, reinstatement) through the OTT e-learning platform in accordance with the regulations on the procedure for admission to higher education institutions, transfer, reinstatement and expulsion of students;
• coordinate the proper organization of the educational process through the system of students, faculty, employees, faculties, departments, services and divisions based on the requirements established by the Cabinet of Ministers, ministries and OTT.
