    At the "National Heritage Festival" held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, a national food competition was also held, and guests tasted and highly appreciated our national dishes such as pilaf, manti, lagman, samsa, dumplings and tandoori bread.
