NATIONAL DISHES ARE OUR NATIONAL VALUE
At the "National Heritage Festival" held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, a national food competition was also held, and guests tasted and highly appreciated our national dishes such as pilaf, manti, lagman, samsa, dumplings and tandoori bread. In addition, chak-chak, holvaytar, parvarda and fruits and vegetables were weighed.
Brightly colored national clothes, fragrant spices, fruits and sweets gave the event an Uzbek charm.
