Odiljon Achilov graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 2012. In 2022, he received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in veterinary sciences, specialty 16.00.04 - “Veterinary pharmacology and toxicology. Veterinary sanitation, ecology, hygiene and veterinary sanitary examination.” Also, over the past 5 years, he has increased his knowledge and experience in prestigious universities in countries such as Spain, Italy, Estonia, Portugal, Romania, USA and Turkey.

He was awarded commemorative badges “30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in 2021 and “A devotee of agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in 2023.
