Kuliev Bakhodir graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1976. In 1990, he received a candidate of veterinary sciences degree in specialty 16.00.02 - "Pathology, oncology and morphology of animals".

Based on the results of his scientific research, he has published about 83 scientific articles, 3 textbooks, 2 recommendations and 4 methodological manuals.

In connection with the reforms currently being carried out in our republic, it is necessary to involve in scientific research both the main staff of the department and independent research fellows, as well as student youth, participate in the implementation of such work as increasing the efficiency of scientific circles, increasing the scale of republican and international projects.
