Yunus Salimov was born on March 19, 1961 in the Khatirchi district of the Navoi region. In 2016, he received a Doctor of Veterinary Science degree on the topic “Toxicology of modern pyrethroids used in veterinary medicine, prevention and treatment of animal poisoning.” He received the title of professor in 2023. Since 2018, he has been working as the head of the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology. To date, he is the author of about 150 scientific and methodological works. In particular, he is the author of 2 textbooks, 4 study guides and 2 monographs.
Under the leadership of Yu. Salimov, 3 scientific degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in veterinary sciences were defended.
During 2018-2020 KH-A-KH-2018-219 on the topic “Development and implementation of pathologies, preventive measures and improved methods of treatment of productive animals and poultry due to environmental and man-made factors” led practical projects on the topic “Creation of a technology for obtaining natural medicinal biologically active substances from the plant Chlorella vulgaris, which strengthens, protects against diseases and increases reproductive activity and productivity”.
And now 3 independent researchers and doctoral students continue their scientific work under the leadership of Yu. Salimov.
