Today, on these great days, we all deeply feel one vital truth. Thanks to the great reforms we have initiated on the basis of the idea of a new Uzbekistan, each of our compatriots deeply feels the rights and freedoms granted by independence in their lives and widely uses these opportunities. It is on the basis of this great idea that we have rediscovered our three thousand-year-old rich history and culture. Developing the traditions of the First and Second Renaissance on the soil of our country, we are taking bold practical steps towards the Third Renaissance.
