The second group of the main characteristics of a teacher includes professional qualities that distinguish a teacher from a skilled teacher, deep knowledge of the subjects taught, extensive knowledge of previous and related subjects, good knowledge of the foundations of pedagogy, knowledge of the psychology of adolescence and youth, speech techniques, constant self-improvement and self-analysis, the ability to control one's emotional state.

Speaking about the culture of behavior of a teacher, he drew attention to the ability to constantly search for non-standard solutions, to create simple solutions in various teaching situations while maintaining the dignity of the teacher, to deliberately create situations in which the best and most ambitious members of the group can shine, to be part of the group and establish trusting relationships with students, to constantly motivate students during their studies in the subjects taught.
He also mentioned that a teacher has special skills and abilities, such as knowing teaching methods and developing his own methods, perfect knowledge of teaching techniques and technologies, communicating with different psychotype groups on the basis of tolerance, good lesson and classroom management skills, knowing modern IT technologies and using them in daily work.

He also gave insights into the ethical rules, practices and recommendations that a teacher should follow in his activities, the teacher's educational work, creating a positive and supportive environment in lessons, regulating the tone and style of teacher-student and student-student relations, encouraging active learning of students, improving the educational process, the level of development of students' subject competencies, increasing the level of education of students, and the teacher's skills and pedagogical professionalism.
