THE CONSTITUTION IS A GUARANTEE OF HUMAN DIGNITY, FREEDOM, EQUALITY, AND JUSTICE.

Hello, dear compatriots!

First of all, I sincerely congratulate you on December 8 - the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan!

Based on the decree of the Head of State dated November 21 of this year "On preparation and holding the holiday of the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the date of adoption of our Constitution is celebrated in our country under the main idea "The Constitution is a guarantee of human dignity, freedom, equality and justice!"

It is natural that we celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of our independent state in a special way than every year. After all, in 2023, we adopted our fundamentally updated Constitution on the basis of a nationwide referendum and, for the first time in the history of our national statehood, we have a perfect Constitution, in which all its priority provisions are directly applicable.

The Constitution is not only a legal document, but it serves universal human ideas that form the socio-political and spiritual basis of our national ideology.

The adoption of our fundamental law - the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as an important political and legal document, became a kind of testimony to the birth of a new, sovereign, promising state in the world.

The Constitution of independent Uzbekistan fully embodies the achievements of the world community in the field of human rights. This Constitution includes all the important provisions in the field of human rights: the right to life, freedom and personal integrity, the right to property, education and other similar rights.

The Constitution is not only a legal document, but it serves universal human ideas that form the socio-political and spiritual basis of our national ideology.

Ask yourself a question? Do I know the laws well and how do I follow them?

I think that every citizen in society should ask himself this question. Whether he is a student, a professor-teacher, or an ordinary employee, living in accordance with existing laws and regulations, knowing his rights, and fulfilling his obligations ensures order and peace in the life of society.

In conclusion, the Constitution is a legal expression of the will, thinking, and faith in the future of our people. It is a historical document that ensures the prosperity of the state and society on the path to building a New Uzbekistan, and that defines human dignity as the highest criterion.

The Constitution will serve our people for centuries, a reliable guide to justice and development. It is the sacred duty of each of us to live faithfully to it and implement the principles set forth in it.

I take this opportunity to congratulate all citizens of our country, young students, on the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, the main law of our country.
