"16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM AGAINST GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE"

   On December 2, 2025, a spiritual and educational event was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology under the slogan “Let's unite to end digital violence against women” within the framework of the “16 Days Against Violence” project.

  The event featured insightful presentations by the rector of the university, professor Kh.B. Yunusov, first deputy of the Committee for Family and Women of the Republic of Uzbekistan U.H. Abdullayeva, deputy khokim of Samarkand region, head of the Department for Family and Women Z.B. Saidova, as well as representatives of regional law enforcement organizations and employees of the regional department of the Women's Rehabilitation Center.
