• Job duties
• General management of the activities of the dean's office, professors and teachers of the faculty;
• Ensuring the training of qualified specialists at the faculty, direct supervision of educational, methodological, scientific, spiritual and educational work, ensuring the implementation of state educational standards, curricula, and training programs;
• Organizing and supervising the preparation and implementation of training schedules, checking student mastery and attendance, conducting rating control, and organizing disciplinary control:
• Preparing draft orders on the transfer of students from one course to another;
• Preparing a proposal on the awarding of scholarships to students;
•  Organizing the defense of graduation qualification works and participation in state certification by students;
• Search, identify and organize individual, targeted work with talented students, prepare them to participate in subject Olympiads, competitions of various foundations (including foreign ones);
• Coordination of training of interns-researchers-students, and professional development of professors and teachers;
• Coordination and management of the preparation of textbooks, educational and methodological manuals related to educational areas within the faculty;
• Ensuring the widespread application of new information technologies in the educational process, and the mastery of new information technologies by professors and teachers;
• Management of the activities of the Faculty Academic Council;
•  Organizing and holding scientific and methodological conferences, interdepartmental meetings, seminars, discussions on topical topics (including news and scientific and technical developments in their field, issues of economic and social development of the country, etc.) with the participation of faculty members and students;
• In cooperation with the marketing service of the higher education institution, study the current and prospective needs for specialties prepared at the faculty, establish contacts with organizations, enterprises, institutions that require specialists, regulate the employment opportunities of graduates (targeted contracts), and provide practical recommendations;
• Establish cooperation relations with related higher and secondary specialized educational institutions and scientific institutions, including developed foreign countries;
• Organize the provision of additional educational services independently at the faculty level (a separate “Center”, “Course”, etc. with its own account), attract grants, investments, ensuring the active participation of faculty professors and teachers and students in this;
• Organize educational work in student dormitories:
• Consider applications within the scope of its authority.
• Must know:
• Know the essence of the laws, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Resolutions of the Board of the Ministry, orders, orders of the Rector of the Higher Educational Institution, know the annual and future plans of the Higher Educational Institution;
