From 2013 to 2017, he graduated from Samarkand State University. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Biology teacher at School No. 143 of the Urgut district

From 2019 to 2021, he completed his master's degree at Samarkand State University.

Sh.U.Azamatov worked as an assistant at the Department of "Biotechnology" of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, livestock and Biotechnology from 2021 to 2022.

From 2022 to the present, he has been working as the Deputy Dean for Youth Work at the Faculty of Biotechnology of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, livestock and Biotechnology.

Job responsibilities

• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Board Resolutions, orders, letters, assignments of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as orders of the higher educational institution related to the process of spirituality and enlightenment;

• Organizing educational and spiritual-enlightenment work at the faculty;

• Organizing the filling out of personal sheets reflecting the individual psychological portrait of students;

• Daily monitoring of students' compliance with the culture of dress and behavior;

• Coordinating the spiritual-enlightenment work plans of the faculty and departments and forming a general work plan based on them, approving it at the Faculty Council;

• Organizing activities aimed at protecting faculty members and students from delinquency, crime, and the influence of various foreign ideas;

• Inclusion of issues related to spiritual and educational work in the plan of the Faculty Council and their constant discussion;

• Informing students of the content of decrees and resolutions adopted by the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• Organizing spiritual work aimed at educating students and youth in the spirit of patriotism, loyalty to national and universal values, expanding their spiritual, aesthetic, and moral worldview, protecting their thinking from the influence of various inhuman ideas, and raising them to be true devotees of independent Uzbekistan;

• Ensuring the implementation of events related to spiritual and educational work carried out in a higher educational institution;

• Establishing work on the formation of moral, aesthetic, political and ideological education among students and youth;

• Organizing conferences, roundtables, meetings and work aimed at improving legal culture based on national traditions and values;

• Assisting in improving work carried out to improve the spiritual and physical development of students;

• Developing students' professional skills in spiritual and educational work based on educational areas and specialties;

• Improving spiritual and educational work based on the instructions of the Director, Deputy Director for Educational and Educational Affairs, the Department of Spirituality and Education, and the Dean of the Faculty;

• Analyzing the work performed by the heads of departments on spiritual and educational issues and making recommendations;

• Analyzing the tasks related to the relevant item in the annual curriculum of professors and teachers in the field of "Spiritual and Educational Work" and monitoring their full implementation;

• Assign mentors to students living in rented accommodation, constantly coordinate their activities;

• Organize meaningful free time for students in student dormitories and monitor their daily activities;

• Conduct “Information and Mentoring Hours” conducted by mentors, constantly monitor their content;

• Maintain constant communication with students’ parents and organize “Parents’ Day” events at the faculty;

• Organize and monitor shifts on designated days in the academic building and student dormitories in accordance with the instructions of the management;

• Prepare a report and photo album on the spiritual and educational work of the faculty at the end of each semester and submit it to the head of the department;

• Make proposals and recommendations for material and moral encouragement to activists who have shown good initiative in improving spiritual and educational work;

• Establish cooperation with public organizations and law enforcement agencies and work individually with problem students;

• Take the initiative in decorating the faculty building, departments and classrooms with propaganda posters and approach this task with political vigilance;

• Perform their official duties conscientiously.
