Personal data

Nurmatov Sherzod Shakarbayevich studied at Tashkent State Agrarian University from 2010 to 2014, majoring in the "Technology of Storage and Initial Processing of Agricultural Products." He completed his master's degree in "Technology of Storage and Initial Processing of Agricultural Products (Fruits and Vegetables)" at the same university from 2014 to 2016.  In 2017–2018, he worked as an assistant at the Department of "Technology of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products" at Samarkand Agricultural Institute. From September 2018, he held the position of assistant at the Department of "Technology of Storage and Processing of Livestock and Plant Products" at Samarkand Veterinary Medicine Institute. Since 2022, he has been serving as an assistant at the Department of "Technology of Production, Storage, and Processing of Products" at Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock, and Biotechnology.

Duties

• Organizing the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training; 

• Conducting laboratory, practical, and other types of classes at a high theoretical, scientific-methodological, and professional level in accordance with state educational standards for higher education, as established in the curricula for all forms of education (both full-time and part-time); supervising students' qualification practices, course projects (works), and independent work; monitoring students' academic performance; organizing extracurricular activities for students; training highly qualified specialists who meet high moral and ethical standards, at the level of developed democratic countries; 

• Preparing textbooks, teaching, and methodological manuals, as well as providing feedback on textbooks, teaching aids, and educational-methodical literature, which will be reissued by the university administration, including co-authorship with foreign scholars; 

• Participating in the preparation of necessary educational-methodical literature based on requests from private educational institutions; working with talented students, preparing them for participation in olympiads and competitions, including the "Istiqod" Foundation competition, improving methods and styles of independent study; conducting activities to optimize classroom work to increase students' independent study volume; 

• Conducting scientific research according to the approved plan, discussing completed scientific works, and implementing their results in practice, as well as providing recommendations for the publication of completed research; 

• Ensuring effective integration of education, science, and industry; supervising students' research work; studying, summarizing, and disseminating the experience of experienced teachers, introducing new teaching technologies; using modern educational technologies and teaching aids, individualized teaching, and means for students' independent learning. The individual should know: laws related to pedagogical activities, Cabinet of Ministers decisions, Ministry Council resolutions, orders, as well as the essence of the rector's orders and the department's annual and long-term plans.
