Tursunova Manzura Umirzokovna graduated from the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages ​​in 1999. He passed the Cambridge Linguaskill exam in 2023 and got a C1 certificate, and in 2024 he passed the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English exam and got a C1 certificate. 

During his career, he published more than 50 scientific articles and 1 educational manual, and was awarded by the ministry and the university management with letters of thanks for his many years of fruitful work.

Currently, along with working as a senior teacher of the "Foreign Languages" department, he is conducting scientific research on the topic of the use of economic terms in English in the field of pedagogy.

Job Responsibilities

Implementing the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees, resolutions of the Parliament and Cabinet of Ministers on education and personnel training.

Organizing scientific, methodological, and educational activities in the department based on state education standards and ensuring the training of qualified specialists.

Executing directives from higher authorities, university academic council decisions, and rector’s orders related to scientific and methodological processes.

Studying trends in global education systems and developing methodologies to implement Uzbekistan’s Education Law and National Program for Personnel Training.

Introducing and utilizing advanced teaching methods, including distance learning, modern pedagogical, and ICT technologies.

Preparing proposals and organizing work related to the field of activity.

Coordinating and supervising research, methodological, and educational activities of the department, faculties, and research teams.

Enhancing the quality of research and teaching, ensuring the implementation of individual plans of faculty members.

Organizing academic and scientific conferences, overseeing university scientific and technical councils, and summarizing best scientific and methodological practices.

Managing the preparation and publication of scientific materials, including journals and research collections, while updating the university’s library with scientific periodicals.

Developing proposals for hiring faculty and research staff, ensuring recruitment of qualified personnel for departments and laboratories.

Organizing competitive recruitment for vacant positions and preparing recommendations for hiring doctoral students, independent researchers, and master’s students.

Evaluating and reporting the annual performance of faculty members using modern assessment methods.

Establishing scientific and methodological collaboration with higher education institutions, ensuring active faculty participation in conferences and seminars, and working with local authorities.
