A THEATRICAL LITERARY AND MUSICAL EVENING ENTITLED "TRIBUTE TO TWO GREAT FIGURES" WAS ORGANIZED, DEDICATED TO THE 584TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRTH OF HAZRAT NAVOI AND THE 542ND ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRTH OF THE KING AND POET ZAHIRIDDIN MUHAMMAD BABUR.
Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology organized a theatrical literary and musical evening dedicated to the 584th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker, prominent state and public figure, the Sultan of Poetry, Hazrat Navoi, and the 542nd anniversary of the birth of the king and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. Opening the event, the rector of the university, Professor Kh.B. Yunusov, noted that the spiritual heritage of these two geniuses is a means of education for our youth, and it is the honorable duty of our intellectuals to continue studying their rich heritage.
Also, in his speech, the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs, A.Q. Gapparov, noted that such events dedicated to the life and work of our great ancestors encourage students to understand our rich history, develop a sense of patriotism, respect for our ancestors, and become worthy successors to them.
