Personal information

    From 2016 to 2020, he graduated from the Philology and Language Teaching (Uzbek Philology) department of Samarkand State University. From 2020 to 2020, he completed a master's degree at the Uzbekistan University of Journalism and Mass Communications.

    In 2018-2019, he was a teacher at School No. 46 under the Pastdargam District Educational Service of Samarkand Region, in 2019-2021, he was a promoter of creative cultural issues at School No. 71 under the Pastdargam District Educational Service of Samarkand Region, and in 2021-2022, he worked as a press secretary of the Samarkand Regional Council of the SDP "Adolat" of Uzbekistan.

FFAbdukovulov will work from 2022 to 2024 - Tutor of the Department of Youth Work, Spirituality and Enlightenment, Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology

From 2024 to the present, he has been working as Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs at the Faculty of Zooengineering and Product Processing Technology of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.

Currently, in conjunction with the reforms being carried out in our republic, the faculty is involved in the implementation of activities in the educational, educational-methodological, scientific-methodological, spiritual-enlightenment spheres, such as attracting professors, teachers, employees, masters and students, increasing scientific potential, strengthening international cooperation, involving young people in various competitions, and winning national and international projects.

Job responsibilities

• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Board Resolutions, orders, letters, instructions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as orders of higher educational institutions related to the process of spirituality and enlightenment;

• Organization of educational and spiritual-enlightenment work at the faculty;

• Organizing the completion of personal forms reflecting the individual psychological portrait of students;

Daily monitoring of students' compliance with the culture of dress and behavior;

• Coordination of spiritual and educational work plans of faculties and departments and the formation of a general work plan based on them, approval by the Faculty Council;

• Organizing activities aimed at protecting faculty members and students from the influence of lawlessness, crime, and various foreign ideas;

• Include issues related to spiritual and educational work in the Faculty Council's plan and establish regular discussions;

• Informing students of the content of decrees and resolutions adopted by the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• To organize spiritual work aimed at educating students and youth in the spirit of patriotism, loyalty to national and universal values, expanding their spiritual, aesthetic, and moral worldview, protecting their thinking from the influence of various inhuman ideas, and cultivating them as true devotees of independent Uzbekistan;

• Ensuring the implementation of events related to spiritual and educational work carried out at the higher educational institution;

• To establish work on the formation of moral, aesthetic, political and ideological education among students and youth;

Organizing conferences, roundtable discussions, meetings and work aimed at improving legal culture based on national traditions and values ;

• To contribute to the improvement of work aimed at improving the spiritual and physical development of students;

• To develop specialized skills in students based on spiritual and educational work in educational areas and specialties;

Improving spiritual and educational work based on the instructions of the Director, Deputy Director for Academic and Educational Affairs, Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment, and Dean of the Faculty;

• Analyze the work done by department heads on spiritual and educational issues and make recommendations;

• Analyze and monitor the full implementation of tasks related to the "Spiritual and Educational Work" section of the annual curriculum of professors and teachers;

• Assign mentors to students living in rented accommodation and continuously coordinate their activities;

free time in student dormitories in a meaningful way and monitor their daily activities;

• Conducting and constantly monitoring the content of the “Information and Coaching Hour” conducted by coaches;

• Constant communication with students' parents and organizing a " Parents' Day" event at the faculty;

and supervise shifts in the academic building and student dormitories on designated days in accordance with the instructions of the management ;

• At the end of each semester, prepare a report and photo album on the spiritual and educational work of the faculty and submit it to the head of the department;

Provide suggestions and recommendations for material and moral encouragement to activists who have shown good initiative in improving spiritual and educational work ;

• Establishing cooperation with public organizations and law enforcement agencies and working individually with problem students;

• Be proactive in decorating the faculty building, departments , and classrooms with promotional posters and approach this task with political vigilance;

• Reviewing appeals within the scope of its authority .
