Nuriddin Mamatkulov graduated from the Samarkand State University in 1974, in 1981 received a degree of candidate of physics-mathematics in «solid body» 01.03.07, in 2004 received the post of assistant professor in general physics. Also in the next 5 years was published 2 textbooks, 3 teaching manuals, 2 articles in SKOPS, 15 articles published in journals recognized by ACC, 6 lecture summaries published in collections of international conferences, upgraded his qualification at SamГU Regional Center.

Duties

• Conducting laboratory, practical, and other types of classes based on the curriculum of higher education, developed in accordance with the state educational standards for all forms of education (both separated from production and linked with production), at a high theoretical, scientific-methodical, and professional level;

• Supervising students' professional practice, course projects (works), and independent student work;

• Implementing ranking control of student knowledge;

• Organizing extracurricular student activities;

• Preparing highly qualified professionals who meet the high moral and ethical standards of developed democratic countries;

• Developing textbooks, teaching, and methodological aids, as well as educational and methodological materials subject to re-publication by the university rectorate, including those created in collaboration with foreign scholars, and compiling conclusions on them;

• Participating in the preparation of necessary educational and methodological materials for private educational institutions;

• Working with talented students, preparing them for participation in Olympiads and competitions, including the “Talent” contest of the “Istedod” foundation, improving methods and forms of independent student preparation;

 • Taking measures to increase the volume of independent preparation by optimizing classroom work;

• Conducting scientific research according to the approved plan, discussing completed research work, introducing their results into production, and recommending the publication of completed scientific works;

• Ensuring the effective integration of education, science, and production; • Supervising student scientific research work;

• Studying, generalizing, and disseminating the experiences of teachers, implementing new pedagogical technologies;

• Using modern educational technologies and teaching aids, as well as individual teaching methods and tools for student independent learning in the process of conducting academic classes.

Required Knowledge: Knowledge of laws, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, resolutions of the Ministry's Collegium, decrees of the rector of the university, and an understanding of the content of the department’s annual and long-term plans.
