The Department of “Information Technologies” at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnologies is a newly established department in the 2022-2023 academic year, and in 2024 it was merged with the Department of “Natural Sciences” to become the Department of “Information Technologies and Natural Sciences”. In accordance with the order of the rector of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnologies No. 9 dated January 11, 2025, the name of the department was changed to “Information Technologies, Natural and Exact Sciences”. Currently, 3 associate professors, 1 senior lecturer and 8 teachers work in the Department. The department has 2 computer labs equipped with new modern computers.
