L.U. Safarova actively participates in the public affairs of the faculty and university, was awarded a certificate of honor from the university leadership, the city and regional khokimiyat, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the winner of the “Inventor Woman 2022” competition in the nomination “The Most Effective Innovative Project (in priority areas of science and technology)” organized within the framework of the “100 Women Inventors of the Region” week in 2022, and in 2024 was awarded the “Leader of Innovative Ideas” badge of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, the Innovation Development Agency. Over the past 3 years, more than 50 scientific and methodological works have been published, including 20 articles indexed in the Scopus database, 30 program certificates, 1 textbook, 1 monograph, and she has been actively participating in a number of national and foreign conferences.
     L.U.Safarova defended her candidate's thesis in 2022 and is currently working on her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Methods and algorithms of the theory of neutrosophic sets."Currently, in addition to working as the head of the Department of "Information Technologies and Natural Sciences", he is also working as the head of the practical project No. AL-7823051462.
     L.U.Safarova conducts lectures and practical classes in several subjects in Uzbek and Russian, based on the existing workload at the university, mainly for students, in high quality, based on new pedagogical and information technologies.
