Biography
Work experience 41 years. He has been in this position since 2014.
Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor.
Ishniyazova Sh.A. actively participates in the public life of the faculty and the university, has a certificate of honor from the leadership of the university, city and district administration, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the honorary title "Teacher of the Year-2016". In 2018, she was the winner of the republican competition and became a scholarship holder of the El-yurt Umidi Foundation, under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She improved her qualifications at the Latvian University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LLU). Over the past 3 years, more than 15 scientific and methodological works have been published, including 3 textbooks, he actively participates in a number of republican and foreign conferences. It is a participant in international projects of the Erasmus + program of the European Union, aimed at the development of higher education. In 2018-2021, a participant in the international project "BuzNet", 2021-2024. content coordinator of the AgroDev project aimed at supporting the stability of the quality of the agricultural and food industries. Member of the regional council "Olima ayol". 
In 1995, Ishniyazova Sh.A. defended her thesis and is currently working on a doctoral dissertation on the topic: "The use of modern physical and chemical methods in determining the quality indicators of agricultural products."
Ishniyazova Sh.A.  conducts lectures and practical classes in Uzbek and Russian on the basis of new pedagogical and information technologies. In cooperation with the Latvian University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LLU) he conducts joint “double degree programs”: master's degree program “Food Technologies” and bachelor's degree program “Food Quality and Innovation”. The university enjoys respect among young people and the attention of society.
 
DEPARTMENT OF TECHNOLOGY OF PROCESSING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, STANDARDIZATION AND CERTIFICATION
The department was established in 1993 on the basis of the Department of Food Processing Technology and Organic Chemistry as part of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in the areas of Canning Technology and Leather and Fur Processing Technology. In connection with the change in the direction of study, in 1997 the name of the department "Processing Technology and Organic Chemistry" was changed to "Food Technology". Since September 2001, the department has received the name "Organization of production, storage and processing of agricultural products", since the direction was "Technology of production, storage and preliminary processing of agricultural products." In connection with the change in the classifier, in 2015 the department was named "Technology of storage and processing of agricultural products." Since 2018, the institute has been renamed the Samarkand Institute of Veterinary Medicine, and the department "Technology of storage, processing of crop and livestock products." Since 2022, the department has been called "Technology, standardization and certification of agricultural products processing" as part of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.
