On April 9, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., during the second period in room 263, an open lesson on the subject "Sensory evaluation of livestock products" will be held on the topic of "100-, 30-, 25-, and 10-point assessment scales." The lesson will be conducted by E.Sh. Devletshaeva, assistant of the Department of Medicinal Plants and Food Technology of the Samarkand Institute of Agroinnovation and Research, for second-year students of group 203 of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Technology.
