Sh.A. Ishniyazova actively participates in public affairs of the faculty and university, has received honorary certificates from the university leadership, city and regional khokimiyats, and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the winner of the 2016 Republican competition "Teacher of the Year", in 2018 she was a scholarship holder of the competition of the "El-yurt umidi" Foundation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and improved her skills at the Latvian University of Natural Sciences and Technologies (LLU). Over the past 3 years, she has published more than 15 scientific and methodological works, including 3 textbooks, and has been actively participating in a number of national and foreign conferences. In 2018-2021, she is a participant in the International Project “BuzNet” of the European Union Erasmus + program, and is working as a content coordinator of the project “AgroDev”: Development of higher education aimed at supporting the sustainability of quality agricultural and food production sectors” for 2021-2024. She is a member of the regional “Woman Scientist” council.
Sh.A. Ishniyazova defended her candidate's thesis in 1995 and is currently working on her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Application of modern physicochemical methods in determining quality indicators of agricultural products”.
Sh.A. Ishniyazova conducts lectures and practical classes in several subjects in Uzbek and Russian, based on the existing workload at the university, mainly for students, based on new pedagogical and information technologies. Coordinator of joint programs in cooperation with the University and the Latvian University of Natural Sciences and Technology of the Republic of Latvia: Master's degree program "Food Technology" and Bachelor's degree program "Food Quality and Innovation". The University is respected and respected in the community, along with leading the scientific research work of young people.
