Gafurova Savlat Tolibovna was born on April 14, 1961, in the city of Samarkand. In 1978, she graduated from Gafur Gulyam School No. 28 in Samarkand. In 1980, she entered Alisher Navoi Samarkand State University, and in 1985, she graduated from this institution with a degree in Philology, specializing as a teacher of the Russian language.
Since February 2013, she has been working as a Russian language teacher in the Department of "Uzbek and Russian Languages" at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, and Biotechnology.
During her career, she has published more than 15 scientific and methodological works, including 3 articles in journals recognized by the Academy of Sciences, 7 international and 5 national scientific-practical conferences, and impact-factor journals. In 2024, she published a methodological guide, "Collection of Exercises in the Russian Language," and, together with the faculty of the department, released a collection of test exercises.
Gafurova S.T. provides high-quality practical training in the Russian language for students, based on the existing curriculum at the university, using modern pedagogical, innovative, and information technologies.
