“CURRENT PROSPECTS AND FUTURE TASKS IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACOLOGY AND TOXICOLOGY”
On October 16–17, 2026, a national scientific-practical conference on this theme was held, organized by the Department of Veterinary Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Toxicology within the Faculty of Biotechnology and Ecology at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock, and Biotechnologies.

The primary objective of the conference is to discuss modern development trends in the fields of pharmacology and toxicology, to promote scientific achievements in the veterinary and pharmaceutical sectors, and to create new opportunities for promising research.

The conference covers a range of pertinent topics, including the pharmacological properties of medicinal products, their mechanisms of action within the body, toxicological safety, the rational use of medications in veterinary practice, food safety, environmental issues, and modern diagnostic and treatment methods.

The event serves to strengthen scientific collaboration among scholars, faculty members, researchers, industry specialists, and talented young scientists, while facilitating the exchange of experience and fostering the integration of science and practice.
