"ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROSPECTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN FEED PRODUCTION"



An international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Progress and prospects in the development and implementation of innovative technologies in feed production” was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology. The conference will be held to discuss scientific, research-based achievements and improved agrotechnologies in animal husbandry, fodder crop cultivation, seed production and ecologically clean forage production. Industry experts, scientists and foreign professors participated in the discussion of the implementation of these issues in practice for the conference.

An international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Progress and prospects in the development and implementation of innovative technologies in feed production” was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology.

   This scientific and practical conference discussed the current challenges facing the industry and innovative and modern methods for solving them, and was attended by industry officials, scientists, researchers, and university professors and teachers.

   Today, special attention is paid to ensuring food security in our country through the development of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine and training competitive personnel in this field that meet world standards, - said the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, who opened the conference with an introductory speech. - In particular, improving the education system, training highly qualified personnel based on further expanding cooperation with foreign universities and research institutions, and conducting joint scientific research can yield good results in this regard. The formulation of scientific and research topics based on topical issues of production in the regions, ensuring the coherence and continuity of science, and organizing the effective integration of science, education, and production are among the important and urgent tasks facing scientists. The purpose of this scientific and practical conference is to analyze the current state of fodder production in the republic, its existing problems, solutions, and future tasks, and to determine future tasks for production.

   During the conference, the Head of the Department for the Development of Science and Education, Department of the Veterinary and Livestock Development Committee under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Safarov, Head of the Department for the Development of Science, Innovations and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. S. Shamsiyev, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan A.Kh.Khamzayev, Professor of the Russian State Agrarian University M.A.Mazirov expressed their views on the topic and noted that the conference should develop recommendations based on the latest scientific achievements on improved agrotechnologies that allow increasing fodder production, creating new varieties and hybrids of fodder crops, and their primary seed production, and distribute them to farmers, agroclusters, and private livestock farms.

   The conference continued its work, divided into sections: "Development of innovative technologies in fodder crop cultivation", "Selection and seed production of fodder crops", "Ecologically clean fodder cultivation, medicinal crops and biotechnology".
