THE ROLE OF ACCOUNTING, ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND AUDIT IN THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRARIAN ECONOMY AND FUTURE TASKS
An international scientific and practical conference on this topic was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology.
Agriculture, including the livestock sector, has a special place in the economy of our republic. Today, the further development of livestock farming is a leading factor in ensuring food security in our country, since the main part of the food consumed by the population is products obtained from livestock farming, - said the rector of the university, Professor Kh. Yunusov, who participated in the conference. - Today's conference will hear and discuss reports on research conducted at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology on accounting, economic analysis, audit, network economics, information technologies, economic and mathematical methods in the context of the rapid development of the economy, and the results obtained in them. There have been significant advances in world practice in the above-mentioned areas, and it is necessary to study their specific aspects in our Republic, introduce advanced foreign research that will lead to economic development, and also put into practice the research carried out in our country.
Also speaking at the conference was the professor of the department of "Accounting, Finance, Audit" of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. Berdimurot Nazimgul Berdimuratovna, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Alikulov Abdimumin Ismatovich, independent researcher of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology Ulmasova Oygul Bakhtiyorovna and others spoke about the importance of accounting in the development of the economy, noting that the implementation of international accounting standards plays an important role in attracting more foreign investors, accelerating the flow of investments, and further increasing the export of products. Although the relevant regulatory documents of the Ministry of Finance on the introduction and maintenance of international accounting standards in this area were adopted in 2021 and work is underway to implement them on a large scale in 2022, there is still a lack of practical recommendations on solving existing problems in the implementation of accounting based on international standards in the small and medium-sized business sector, and in general, information technologies, network economics, and accounting are currently being studied. There are problems that need to be solved on the basis of acceleration, and today's conference participants will express their views on the solution of these problems in their reports.
