Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor N.Sh.Davlatov at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology.  An international scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Davlatov's birth was held on the topic "Actual problems of modern surgery, their solutions and future tasks".

 Professors and teachers of the university, specialists of scientific centers operating in the system, scientists of foreign higher educational institutions, young scientists and students took part in the conference.

 Rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor N.Sh.  Touching upon Davlatov's life and work, he noted that his life path shone like a bright star, leaving behind him a rich scientific heritage and many accomplished students.  He also touched upon the purpose of this international scientific-practical conference and said that attention is being paid to issues such as the current situation of the spread of surgical diseases in livestock in the republic, the existing problems, their solutions, the analysis of the scientific and research work performed on the future tasks, and the future tasks.

 Anatoly Stekolnikov, Academician of St. Petersburg State University of Veterinary Medicine, Mardan Julanov, Academician of Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Associate Professor Kanat Orinkhanov, Suleyman Davlatov, senior physician-surgeon of Bukhara Polyclinic No.  one of the founders of scientific schools of pharmacology and toxicology, doctor of veterinary sciences, professor Davlatov Nugmon Shodmonovich made a great contribution to the development of veterinary surgery, veterinary toxicology, at the age of 29 he obtained the degree of candidate of science, at the age of 43 he obtained the degree of doctor of veterinary sciences, more than 250 monographs, textbooks, educational  they mentioned that he is the author of methodological and scientific works, that 1 Doctor of Science and more than 8 Candidates of Science have grown up under the scientific guidance of the scientist.

 At the conference, university professor Hakim Niyazov "Life path and scientific activity of Professor N.Sh. Davlatov", Latvian University of Natural Sciences and Technologies Maida and chief physician of the pet clinic Olga Rabochayeva "Obucheniya Veterinarnoy xirurgii v universitete", university associate doctoral students Adham Rizayev "In rabbits  improving the treatment of purulent otitis" and Madina Yuldasheva spoke on the topics "Effective i sovrimennye metody otsenki techenia".

 At the conference, the possibilities of using modern methods of early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of non-infectious and surgical diseases of livestock in livestock farms, clusters and private populations, improved veterinary services that allow to increase animal productivity, new, early diagnostic and effective treatment methods, surgical measures in farms  Recommendations were developed based on the latest achievements of the science of effective treatment.
